If You Are Unsatisfied With Your Purchase And Would Like To Request An Exchange Or Refund Please Follow The Following Instructions:

  • Items Must Be Sent Back Within 7 Days From The Delivery Date
  • Items MUST Be Unwashed, Unworn, And Show NO Signs Of Wear (Makeup, Deodorant Stains, Perfume Etc) It WILL NOT Be Accepted
  • Items Must Be Packed In It’s Original Clear Packaging
  • Ship The Items Back To The Address Listed On The Packaging Slip
  • Bomb Avenue Boutique Does Not Provide Pre-paid Labels; You Will Be Responsible For Covering The Shipping Costs
  • Bomb Avenue Boutique Is Not Liable For Any Return Packages That May Become Lost Or Stolen During Transit. Please Keep Proof Of Your Return Tracking Number
  • We Will Notify You Via Email Once We’ve Received And Inspected Your Items And We Will Let You Know If Your Your Refund Or Exchange Request Was Approved. 
  • If Your Refund/Exchange Was Approved And We Are Sold Out Of That Particular Item, You Have The Choice To Choose A Store Credit For The Total Amount Of The Item(s) Or Be Refunded To Your Original Payment Method. If You Choose To Get A Refund, Please Know That It Can Take Anywhere From 3-7 Business Days For Your Bank Or Credit Card Company To Process And Post The Refund

Defective, Missing, Damaged Or Incorrect Items Must Be Reported IMMEDIATELY After Delivery So We Can Try To Resolve The Issue As Quickly As Possible.

Swimwear And Lingerie Are An Exception, Just Dispose Of The Liners Inside Of Those Items Before Sending Them Back To Us. Anything That’s Marked “FINAL SALE” CANNOT Be Retuned Or Exchanged Unless Damaged During Transit.
